The 2016 Homecoming Parade

The 2016 Mcdonald County Homecoming Parade #mcr1pride

By Bailey Sherrell

The Homecoming Parade on September 7 was a great success. The whole town of Anderson, the whole county, all got together and many families came to see the parade, get candy, and to just support the McDonald County on their homecoming week.

We saw the football players, the cheerleaders, many more floats came and went. The band marched and played in the front of all the parade and we saw as Epsilon Beta or The library club, came out, along with the FFA float and the Soccer players. Our police and firefighters drove past the excited people and the Pineville Firefighters also came. There was so many more floats and just as many people. This homecoming, the football team will play against Cassville. Go Mustangs Go!

Update: We lost….BUT, we still had a good time. Keep on cheering Mustangs!
