Amazon Shooter Arrested in Lexington County: A guy was taken to the hospital in Lexington on Tuesday night due to a shooting at the Amazon Fulfillment Center in West Columbia. According to the Lexington County Sheriff’s Office, 20-year-old Jonathan Harden Alique Walker is accused of attempted murder and having a firearm while committing a violent offense.
Sheriff Jay Koon stated that Walker and the victim were both workers and were acquainted through shared colleagues. According to Koon, there had been back-and-forth communication between the two the previous night.

After an altercation, according to Koon, Walker shot the victim multiple times in the parking lot before leaving. After being shot, the victim, according to Koon, managed to escape in a car. After the driver dialed 911, deputies, and EMS quickly located the victim nearby.

“He immediately went into surgery, and, beyond that, we have no word on his condition,” Koon added after he was transferred to a local hospital. Walker was discovered at his residence early Wednesday and brought to the Lexington County Detention Facility.
