The victim was identified as Princess Tolliver, a 31-year-old Tallahassee resident. Her family is attempting to determine what transpired, hoping that deputies will make an arrest shortly. “She was a charming young woman. A very kind individual. Lovely individual, “stated Barbara Flynn-Tolliver, Tolliver’s grandma.
According to Flynn-Tolliver, family members are shocked. She claimed they didn’t understand why something like that would have occurred to her. “She put in a tonne of effort. She would do anything to assist her other sisters. There were three more sisters. They were close together, “explained Flynn-Tolliver. “Never imagined that one of my grandchildren would experience something like this.”
Flynn-Tolliver thinks her granddaughter spent the weekend on a visit to Central Florida. Robert Nicosia told WESH 2 that he frequently walked nearby and was surprised to see so many detectives. Nicosia stated, “I was just doing my regular power walks when I observed all this backed-up traffic.”
