Police in Kent received a panicked 911 call involving an alleged kidnapping at around 9:45 a.m. Cops chased the car after spotting it and came to a stop on a gravel road. According to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, after the driver was shot, officers witnessed him attack the woman sitting next to him with a knife.
