In Morrow County, 2 Suvs Hit Head-on, Killing 3 People: Three citizens of Heppner were killed in a head-on collision on Friday night, according to the Oregon State Police. According to OSP, troopers were dispatched to Highway 74 close to milepost 39 in Morrow County at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
When they arrived, they discovered two cars that had collided directly. They found that an SUV was driving east on Highway 74 when it crossed the path of another SUV towing a utility trailer.

At the site, both drivers were declared deceased. They have been identified as Heppner residents Ronald Stutzman, 71, and Kellie Renae Nelson, 27.

Later, a passenger in the SUV towing the trailer passed away in a medical facility. She has been identified as Tamara Stutzman, a Heppner resident, age 71. OSP withheld any additional information regarding the probe.
