Lake County Man Charged With Murder After Cousin’s Wheelbarrow Death: After his cousin was discovered dead in a wheelbarrow in Lake County, a 27-year-old man has been charged with murder. Two counts of first-degree murder are laid against Quentin V. Harvell in connection with the passing of Monica T. Green, age 47.
Around 6:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Lake County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a well-being report in the 13100 block of West Shenandoah Trail in Wadsworth. Green’s relative answered the phone and claimed that neither she nor her doorbell was being answered.
The caller informed deputies that Green’s cousin Harvell, who lives at the same residence, had stated that she was not at home, according to the authorities. When deputies arrived, they saw dry blood on Harvell’s arms, and they arrested him.

After conducting a search of the house, the authorities discovered blood and a shovel there. As they carried out their search, they came across Green’s body in a wheelbarrow outside the building.
She looked to have numerous cuts and injuries from sharp forces, according to the authorities. A knife with what seemed to be fresh blood on it was among the items of evidence that sheriff’s officers discovered after obtaining a search warrant.
Harvell was taken to the Criminal Investigations Division of the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, where he was examined and charged appropriately. Prior to his initial court appearance on Thursday, Harvell is still being held at the Lake County Jail.

Sheriff John D. Idleburg expressed his sympathies to Monica’s friends and family. I commend our first-responding sheriff’s deputies for acting immediately, as well as our detectives for conducting an investigation that led to the offender’s quick arrest and filing of charges.
