Man Dies After Crashing on 55 Freeway Near Orange: Authorities and the media have reported that a man was killed after his automobile was split in half and slammed against a center divider in Orange. At 10:20 p.m., California Highway Patrol officers were called to the intersection of Katella Avenue.
The southbound Garden Grove (55) Freeway, where they discovered the driver of a grey sedan, later identified as a 2019 Porsche 911 GTS, had lost control of the vehicle, hit the center divider, and then struck the right side of the motorway wall.

According to CountyNewsTV’s video reporters, the driver, the car’s engine, the petrol tank, and one of its wheels were thrown onto the street. The Porsche was reportedly racing another vehicle before the crash, and the center dividing barrier cut it in half.
According to witnesses, the collision’s debris was thrown hundreds of feet across a neighboring offramp and into a ditch. At the scene, the individual was pronounced deceased.
