Nicolas Jaimes-Hernandez, 35, who is accused of shooting five people to death in McGregor, is being shown to us for the first time.
After being shot by police on Thursday, September 29, and suffering paralysis, Hernandez-Jaimes was discharged from the hospital. He was lodged in the McLennan County Jail on Monday, and records show that his current bond amount is $4.5 million.

Miguel Avila, 15, and Natalie Avila, 14, as well as Monica Delgado, 38, are alleged victims of his homicidal acts. Later, he turned the pistol on Lori Aviles, 47, and Natalie Aviles, 20, killing both of them.
Hernandez-Jaimes is accused of two counts of capital murder as well as aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to jail records.
