Prince Harry’s Interview With Stephen Colbert: The late-night audience enjoys Prince Harry. The Late Show with Stephen Colbert’s weeknight audience on the occasion of the Duke of Sussex’s arrival reached its highest level in more than two years.
Early Nielsen data show that the episode averaged 3.15M total viewers, which is the highest number of viewers for a weeknight since former President Barack Obama came on the show in November 2020.
Additionally, it’s the biggest audience The Late Show has attracted since the Super Bowl special show in 2021. (which managed 4.86M total viewers). Due to the anticipation around Prince Harry’s memoir Spare and the related press tour, the program also performed well on social media.

The interview Prince Harry had with Colbert was significantly less serious than the ones he had with Tom Bradby and Anderson Cooper for CBS and ITV, respectively.
The Duke said that he had finished watching The Crown as the two of them shared tequila shots. Additionally, he talked about living in the United States and recalled some recollections of his late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth.
