‘Real Housewives Of New York City’ Cast Announced

The all-new cast of Bravo’s “Real Housewives of New York City” remake has been introduced. Season 14 will see the addition of Sai De Silva, Ubah Hassan, Erin Lichy, Jenna Lyons, Lizzy Savetsky, Jessel Thank, and Brynn Whitfield. The girls shocked viewers by stepping on stage during a recording of “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen” on Sunday night during BravoCon, where the news was announced.

Bravo was seeking for a cast that more accurately represented New York City, according to “Real Housewives” executive producer Andy Cohen in an exclusive interview with Variety in March. And this one does: Thank will be the first Indian Housewife, and Lyons self-identifies as gay.

The eagerly awaited show is scheduled to start production this fall and premiere in 2023. Season 14 will feature “an all-new group of seven dynamic women who run in the same social circles, thriving in one of the most diverse and electric cities in the world,” according to the show’s official logline. These women have made their mark in NYC in a variety of fields, including fashion, real estate, philanthropy, and social impact. They will now reveal how they balance careers, families, and hectic social lives in the “city that never sleeps.”

According to Variety, the cast of the original “Real Housewives of New York City” is nearly complete, and contracts are about to be signed. Dorinda Medley and Sonja Morgan, according to one source, will be among the cast. When producers were questioned about the venerable show at an “Ultimate Girls Trip” discussion at BravoCon by Variety’s Elizabeth Wagmeister, they didn’t divulge much. However, executive producer Lisa Shannon implied that the show is well on its way.

Medley was evasive when questioned by Variety at BravoCon about the prospect of joining the cast of “Legacy.” “You know just as much as we do, I promise to you. I’ll keep my word, she assured. “I’ve heard more about the new gals [on the revival of ‘RHONY’] than ‘Legacy,'” the author said. Pay attention, and phone me if you hear anything! I’ll be waiting at Blue Stone Manor while I prepare for Halloween.

28 unexpected guests, including Teresa Giudice, Whitney Rose, Heather Gay, Meredith Marks, Ashley Darby, Wendy Osefo, Taylor Armstrong, Eva Marcille, Jill Zarin, Kyle Richards, and Dorit Kemsley, appeared on “Watch What Happens Life” on Sunday night.

After being introduced, the new “RHONY” cast members left the stage, and Hassan greeted the crowd by saying, “Be good to us, give us a chance!” Shannon, Lauren Volonakis, and Glenda Cox serve as executive producers on “RHONY,” which is made by Shed Media. Cohen also oversees production.
