Sheriff’s deputies in Douglas County, California, are looking into a fatal gunshot during a house party late last night. Douglas County Sheriff’s Office officials told FOX 5 that a fight at the Sitka Drive house party led to the shooting late Saturday night.

More than a hundred youths, according to authorities, were present at the time of the incident. As a result of the incident, two persons were murdered and six were injured, according to investigators. The current condition of the injured people is yet unknown.
Authorities tell FOX 5 that “information is very limited at this time” even though investigators worked through the night to acquire evidence.
