Bernard Parker is a South African footballer who plays for TS Galaxy in the Premier Soccer League as a midfielder or attacker. He’s had a distinguished career, having represented both club and country. Parker began his professional career with Thanda Royal Zulu in the Premier Soccer League before moving on to Red Star Belgrade in Serbia.
In 2009, he joined FC Twente in the Netherlands, where he won the Eredivisie and the Johan Cruyff Shield. Parker went on to play for Panserraikos in Greece. His longest club career was with Kaizer Chiefs, which began in 2011 and lasted over a decade. During his stint with the Chiefs, he won the Lesley Manyathela Golden Boot and enjoyed great success, including league titles, the Nedbank Cup, and the MTN 8.

Bernard Parker, a football player, was severely injured during a game. He was taking part in a match for TS Galaxy versus Mamelodi Sundowns. Another player, Bongani Zungu, put a hard tackle on him, breaking his leg. It was a severe injury. Bernard Parker Career
Bernard Parker’s career has been an adventure. He began his professional career with Hellenic FC in Cape Town, which later became Benoni Premier United, as a young prospect at the School of Excellence. He was with Thanda Royal Zulu F.C. until early 2009, when he was transferred to Red Star in Serbia, after some renaming and moving.
His stay at Belgrade, however, was cut short owing to financial issues at the club. He joined FC Twente in 2009 and was a member of the team that won the Dutch Eredivisie. Parker’s career led him on loan to Panserraikos F.C. before returning to FC Twente. Later, he had the option of joining Swedish clubs or South African club Kaizer Chiefs, where he stayed for over a decade.
He had considerable success with Kaizer Chiefs, earning league titles and prizes such as the Lesley Manyathela Golden Boot. However, Kaizer Chiefs did not renew his contract in 2022, and he joined TS Galaxy in August 2022. Unfortunately, Parker suffered a devastating leg injury during a Carling Knockout Cup encounter in October 2023.
He represented South Africa in the FIFA World Cups as well as the African Cup of Nations. Parker had numerous memorable moments, including an own goal that jeopardized South Africa’s World Cup qualifying, as well as a goal against the world champions, Spain.
