Kathleen Elizabeth Smith ded on Friday, April 21, 2023. She was 58 years old. She lived in Mobile, Al., all her life and worked for Pilot Catastrophe for a long time. Ms. Smith loved people and never met anyone she didn’t know.

She spoke up for animals and loved taking care of them. Her parents, Sydney C. Smith, Jr., Mary Agnes Smith, and Jeanne Marie Neese-Smith, ded before her.

Her brother Timothy Sean Smith ded before her as well. Ms. Smith is survived by her daughter Megan Elizabeth Smith (T.J.), of Saraland, as well as her granddaughters Jordyn Elizabeth, Lillian Carey, and Sara Sydney.

She is also survived by her siblings, Michelle Benauer, Michael B. Smith (Natalie), Stephanie Bray (John), Patrick Smith (Sheryl), Walter Neese, Judy English, John T Neese (Brenda), Rita Tillman (Terry), George Neese, Katie Neese, Amelie Neese, and Fred Neese.

A Celebration of Life will be held on April 29, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Parkway Church in Eight Mile. Instead of flowers, people can make donations to The American Diabetes Association in place of flowers.
