She was the daughter of Bernie and Anna (Fields) Brown and was born in Seymour on January 7, 1953. On April 5, 1975, she wed Larry Mosier, still alive today. Nancy held degrees from Indiana University and Oakland City University. She worked as an elementary school teacher in Brownstown and Medora for 30 years while attending Calvary Chapel.

Nancy’s husband Larry, daughter Heather (Russell) McGlothlin, son Larry (Ashlee) Mosier Jr., grandchildren Anna, Bill, Nick, Eli, and Bella Flynn, brother Johnny (Trudy) Brown, sister Jane (Mark) Meadows, niece Angie Crawford, nephews Jamie (Allison), Todd (Jamie Ann), and Klent Brown and family, great-niece Melinda (Jeff) Johnson and family.

And grandmother Nancy’s parents, Bernie and Anna Brown, sisters Cheryl Meadows and Bobbi Bergdoll, and brother-in-law, Brad Meadows, all pssed away before her.

Pastor Jim McDowell will preside over the funeral services on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne George Family Funeral Homes in Bedford. Then there will be a burial in Guthrie Creek Cemetery in Norman, Indiana.
