Jason, who was born in Parkman, Ohio, on March 15, 1971, has dedicated his entire life to his family, friends, and neighborhood. He was well-known for his warmth, compassion, and sense of duty to his fellow citizens and neighbors, and he was always willing to provide a helping hand.

On Monday, September 4, 2023, Jason Regis Traggiai, 52, of Garrettsville, Ohio, died in a sad accident while performing repairs at his house. Becca, his wife of 25 years, and their daughters Hanna and Emma were the pride and pleasure of Jason’s life.

He frequently expressed his pride in them and gratitude for having them in his life. Jason built a life he was happy with. He loved to hunt and spend time with his father, brother, and nephews at their camp in Mt. Jewett, Pennsylvania.

Jason started working out at Dean Caputo’s Powerhouse Gym recently in order to pursue men’s physique bodybuilding. Jason made a constant effort to improve himself. His private architectural firm, J Regis Traggiai Architects, was about to be established, although he was a devoted employee of Geis Construction where he worked as an architect.

His wife Becca, daughters Hanna Traggiai of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and Emma Traggiai of Garrettsville, Ohio, parents Regis and Bette Jo Traggiai of Cabot, father-in-law Paul Nichols, who is also from Garrettsville, sister Regina (Vince) Russo of Sarver, brother Donovan (Tracy) Traggiai of Butler, sister-in-law Elizabeth (Aaron) Tucker of Huntsburg, Ohio, niece.

Jason Regis Traggiai, who passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023, will have to call hours for immediate family on Tuesday from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Sly Family Funeral Home in Middlefield, Ohio, according to his Legacy.

A memorial Mass will be held at St. Edwards in Parkman, Ohio, at noon. Friends and family are invited. Lunch will be provided after Mass. In an effort to fulfill Jason’s wish to feed the hungry, his family has asked that donations instead of flowers be donated to Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry.
