Owen Lippold Motorcycle Accἰdent
A sad motorcycle accἰdent in Spring Township resulted in the deἀth of a 23-year-old Lancaster County resident.
George Holmes, the coroner for Berks County, stated that the ἰncident took place on a Saturday morning 12 August at around 2:00 a.m. Braxton O. Lippold, a rider from West Cocalico Township, was riding a motorbike in the 1100 block of Old Fritztown Road when it swerved off the road.
Holmes reported that Lippold was declared deceased an hour or so after the ἰncident. The coroner stated that blunt force was responsible for his fatal injuries, which included skull trauma. The cause of Lippold’s deἀth has been determined to be an accἰdent, and an autopsy will not be performed.
