Winter Weather Advisory for L.A. And Ventura County Mountains Through Sunday

The Ventura County and Los Angeles County Mountains are under a winter weather alert through Sunday night at 10 p.m. The San Gabriel Mountains are predicted to receive the most snowfall, and wind gusts up to 50 mph occasionally cause blowing snow to restrict visibility.

The NWS warns that travel could be “very difficult due to reduced visibility in blowing snow and icy road conditions, including Interstate 5 near the Grapevine [which] could see travel delays or closures.”
