Mark Andrews plays tight end in American football for the National Football League (NFL) Baltimore Ravens. The Ravens selected him in the third round of the 2018 NFL Draft while he was a college football player at Oklahoma.
You can read more about his injuries and why his admirers are worried about it below.
What Injury Has an Impact on Mark Andrews’s Health?
He sustained a quad injury in September 2023 while practicing, which he is now recovering from. That week, he was unable to practice as much. According to Andrews, he finds it difficult to slow down and that the injury occurred during practice. Following a while, Andrews stated:
“I’m feeling good, I’ve obviously taken some time off and been slowly working back in. It’s been one of those things that’s been a little tricky. But I’m feeling better running around, just day by day getting better and we’ll see what happens.”
He continued:
“God willing, I’ll be out there, I’m just trying to be healthy, get healthy and help this team win games.”
Is There Any Update Related to Mark Andrews’ Injury?
As he has been recovering from a quad injury for a few weeks, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport stated on September 10, 2023, that star tight end Mark Andrews of the Baltimore Ravens most likely won’t participate in the team’s season opener versus the Houston Texans. See the Tweet for more details:
#Ravens TE Mark Andrews, who has dealt with a quad injury for the last few weeks and is listed as questionable, is not likely to play vs the #Texans, per me and @TomPelissero. A bit of a surprise.

Since he hasn’t posted anything on social media since September 19, 2023, it is still unclear if he is actively involved with his team. Andrews has been one of the tight end position’s most potent playmakers in recent seasons.

Lamar Jackson also likes to target him, particularly when he is in the red zone. When the season kicks off, the Ravens will really miss him. Andrews broke the single-season reception and receiving yard records set by the Ravens.
He has been selected to the Pro Bowl three times and was named to the 2021 All-Pro Team. We’re hoping he’ll recover quickly. In the box below, you can express your worries about him as well.
