Solicitor Jimmy Richardson and the rest of the Fifteenth Circuit staff have found out that local attorney Scott Joye has ded. Joye was an involved member of the Horry and Georgetown County Bar Association, where she made important contributions.

He was a great friend and a partner at Joye, Nappier, Risher & Hardin LLC in Murrells Inlet. He was also one of the best defense lawyers in the country. Scott enjoyed the outdoors so much that he never missed a chance to show off his catches by throwing a fish fry.

Do you know that Anna Johnson Stanley, the mother of Andy Stanley and Becky Stanley Brodersen, ded on November 10, 2014, surrounded by her family and friends? She was 83 years old when she pssed away:

In fact, Scott held a yearly law enforcement appreciation fish fry in Murrells Inlet. He invited all of the law enforcement agencies in the counties of Horry and Georgetown to come and get to know each other.

Scott worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Circuit Court Judge Sidney Floyd and as an assistant solicitor for the 14th Circuit Solicitor’s Office before opening his own private business in the Inlet. He also worked for the office as a junior lawyer.
