According to Taylor, it’s unknown if the driver experienced a medical episode. The 41-year-old man was transported to a hospital as a trauma-alert patient by Orange County Fire Rescue, who arrived on the scene and lifted the entire vehicle out of the pond.

In partnership with the Florida Department of Transportation, Taylor stated, “we’ll think these things through when we start noticing a trend.” “We’ll examine the road’s engineering. We’ll take a look at the stop sign. To avoid similar catastrophes in the future, we’ll explore a wide range of distinct factors. We’ll work with FDOT to determine whether that justifies installing a barrier there.
