Where Was Samson Walters’ Funeral Services Held?
The Bradshaw, located at 2800 Curve Crest Blvd. in Stillwater, was open for visitors on December 5 from 5-8 p.m. St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church, located at 900 Stillwater Road, Mahtomedi, held a Celebration of Life on December 6th at noon.
The time of the visitation was 10:00 a.m. Following his visitation, Jeff Boike posted the following on Facebook:
“To day I was able to attend the celebration of life of Samson Walters. The 16 year old hockey and fisherman that got his angle wings on Dec 2nd. It was hard to be there but glad I did. I was again amazed by all the out pour of support for his family.”
“They are blessed to have such an amazing community, like Erika and I have that come together to support us. Please keep Samson and his family in your prayers, they can use them. Samson and Charlie are in a good place watching over all of us and waiting to see us. God bless all of those that keep them in their prayers.”

What is Samson Walters’ Cause of Death?
Samson Walters, 16, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 29, as a result of injuries he received in an automobile accident. He died from his wounds, according to a GoFundMe established for his family.
He was a triple-sport athlete at Mahtomedi, a Junior Gold 16 player, and a member of the Mahtomedi Youth Hockey Association. The Minnesota Wild paid tribute to Walters and his household. They posted on Facebook, “We leave our sticks out for Samson Walters, his family and friends, teammates, and the entire Mahtomedi community.”

Following Walters’ passing, “Tristan Nguyen,” his closest buddy, said:
“Samson was like nobody else I ever met. He was like, the happiest kid that that like I ever met. It was almost like he had like a chemical imbalance in his brain, except he was just always happy, always smiling.”
RK Buch posted on Facebook:
“The unfathomable loss of a child. Everyone, please consider donating to a go fund me set up for Micheala and the family. Please pray over them in whatever way God is calling you to pray. Samson, sweet Samson has been called home.”
